Phone compliance.

  • Manual dialing only. Every call is placed by a person, by hand. No autodialers or predictive dialers.
  • No autodialed or prerecorded calls or texts without the recipient's prior express written consent. Campaigns are voice calls only unless consent is on file.
  • Do-Not-Call scrubbing against the National Do Not Call Registry, applicable state lists (including Florida's) and our internal list before every campaign. Opt-out requests are honored immediately.
  • Calling hours. Florida rules apply to Florida numbers: calls only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in the called person's time zone, and no more than three calls to the same person on the same subject within 24 hours. Elsewhere, the stricter of federal and state rules applies.
  • Recorded calls are disclosed. Florida requires the consent of all parties to record a call, so every recorded call opens with a recording disclosure, and recording stops if the person objects.
  • Identification. Callers give their name and the business they represent at the start of each call, from an accurate, callable caller ID.
